| A Brief History |
|
In April 1981, Mr. Kazunobu Sera established a patent firm, SERA PATENT OFFICE. Mr. Sera managed his firm as a president for about 20 years.
In May 1993, the firm's name was changed to K. SERA & ASSOCIATES.
In October 1984, Mr. Munenori Sato and Mr. Tsutomu Toyama co-established a patent firm with a name of SATO & TOYAMA. Mr. Hidemi Matsukura joined their firm as a partner in May 1989 and Dr. Yoshiyuki Kawaguchi also joined as a partner in March 1991.
In September 1998, a new firm, SERA, TOYAMA, MATSUKURA & KAWAGUCHI was established as result of merger of the above two patent firms. |
